Is he confusing his airforce's losses with Pakistan's? Because the kill numbers do sound oddly familiar...

They seriously need to add a perk called “Lying BJP Style” for Fallout 5. Taking the perk means that you can pass any speech check in the game with the caveat being that it only works against npcs with intelligence stat of 3 and below.

And when used for quests it actually makes the quest objective you lied about completely unattainable for the player character
