The problem is that most of the talents responsible for New Vegas no longer work for Obsidian.

Do not expect Fallout 5 until 2035. The Elder Scrolls 6 won't be coming till 2028 at the earliest, with a potential 2029 release. They might decide to take another year to polish it if their announcement receives the same feedback that Starfield did.
