Obviously 4 crew of no autoloader.
Not obvious, very much so.

1 - D-81 family(2a26 and on) is very unsuitable for human loader, it's a major redesign for not much reason.
2 - DPRK had a license and access to T-72 family tanks. They couldn't get a full ToT in time like they did with T-62 (Soviet Union collapsed), but reverse-engineering a carousel loader isn't magic. China did it (twice), Iran did it.
3 - Songun doesn't have periscopes associated with loader. Moreover, its sight setup broadly matches traditional 3rd gen Soviet crew seating(i.e. again T-72).

North Korea's nuclear-powered submarines, draw by H.I.Sutton. I wonder where he got his inspiration from when drawing ships like this.

It reminds me of the Borei-class, although the integration of the vertical launch tube into the mast resembles early Soviet ballistic missile submarines.
Where you found the image?

Anyway 14th anniversary was yesterday of South Korean ROKS Cheonan being sank allegedly by North Korea.
