FYI, This T59G is very interesting. If you look at the charts, T55G (which is the original Shenying T800G product) is already at 5900 MPa.

Which if we check Toray's T1000G

or the Guangwei's TZ1000G from chart above.
Is basically Shenying's effort with SYT65. So if 59G sits somewhere between 55G and 65, then it's probably around 6100 MPa, which would be quite high for T800 product. That's more than enough to satisfy the COMAC requirements imo.

The demand for T1000G seems to not be huge at the moment, hence their effort into T1100 next generation. They claim to have developed SYT70/G, which would be world class. But the big question is still who is actually using it.

China’s tech talent are making big strides — they're creating apps for the world
*Melvin Chen moved to San Francisco from China to co-found AI design startup Lovart, which officially launched Wednesday.
*The startup plans to focus on North America and doesn't plan to operate in China for now, he said.
*Analysts have long expected China's AI advantage would likely lie in applications rather than models.

The episode 4 of my podcast is up. This one is dedicated to manufacturing. I think it's a useful starter episode. I'm going to have more on manufacturing coming up. Start off with raw material and critical miners probably and then material science. As well as industrial robots, 3D printing and other parts of precision manufacturing. Most likely.

Although, I plan to also do an episode on just Shenzhen because the entire electronics supply chain is there as I found out recently (I mean not just watched a video, but experienced on job).

I wonder why this person moved to the US to start this AI app? More money? Access to better models?

How does china retain such talent ?.
