I knew it must be Open RAN before I clicked on the link. IIRC a while ago someone on this forum said that Open RAN is dead and its biggest player Nokia has already bailed out.

And in 2019 I was in an event on cloud, guess who was on the stage showing off their ORAN solution? China Telecom.
