No that's different. Even with ERA, you can tell turret armor modules are not the same. 90-IIM also has no LSDW behind gunner's hatch. Thirdly, the guns are different and you can tell by length and by where the bore evacuators are positioned, relative to the gun.

What is on the 4th picture? Did the engine spilled a lot of lubricants or any other black colored oil?
Small leaks in the powerpack, the oil or diesel heats up and leaves a sludge to clean up during running. Unavoidable.
