What's up with all the different tanks showing up?
Could this be the first tank in that pic without the cover? Or maybe the second one?

In another forum someone said those were light tanks. Frankly, they don't look light to me. I've about given up what is the so-called "99A2."
AP rounds from type 99 can go right through a type 59 hull from front.
isn't that at Type 98? the type 99 should have the driver in the center line. the type 98 should have the driver on the front left of the tank - or right side if looking at it from the front.
or is that person just kneeling there?

Also I think hull wise type 98 is really just the base variant of the type 99 given a separate label, without the arrow shaped armour block, though the innards might be quite different.

This is the Type 99A2/Type 99B. It's the very newest iteration of this series, even though it shares absolutely nothing in design with the Type 99. Different chassis, different turret, different FCS, differnt APS, and even different gun.
People speculate it being over 60 tons. It is equipped with the Beijing MR's elite 112th Heavy Mech Inf Division and numbered 124 already.
