Hi, I'm a 23 year old currently living in Malaysia. I have a relative who is in the business of purchasing military equipment and weapons for the government. So I figured I should get educated in this field if I ever wish to enter that line of work. Also, I am ethnic Chinese which makes me proud and interested to see the rise of China militarily and economically. The combination of wanting to get educated on military and being a proud Chinese landed me in this forum I guess. I'm pretty much a rookie when it comes to a lot of the military terms so I'll probably read way mroe than I post but if I do post please don't be angry if it is a stupid question. I think I found this site while doing a broad search on weapons of different countries on wikipedia.

I see some familar handles here, I've been on a sister site for awhile now and thought I would pop in here once in awhile to have a chat and hopefully contribute if I can,

Military experience is a day of med & aptutitude tests before being class 3'd
Currently work as Assistant Housemaster of Boarding school,
Been interested in the Military as all children of the 80's seeing Top Gun for the first time then it went on from there...

Im from Australia, living in brisbane finished high school and is thinking of undertaking aerospace engineering at uni.
Not in the military but have great fascination in them
