We will see who is right or not. I have been following the COTS program since its inception. Even before that.
A lot of members of Congress even back then wanted to downselect to two vehicles only. And from what I understand the people behind Dreamchaser have more connections to the Democrat side than the Republican side.

Even regardless of these political factors, the fact Dreamchaser is so delayed means it has a high chance of getting canned. I even gave you a link to what happened with Kistler and you still didn't get it.

I have to admit, after it's shake and bake where bolts and nuts fell out, it appears to be working brilliantly.

Not really a fan of this, but the idea of surveillance out through all of cislunar space has been getting more and more traction. I'm also not a fan of WotR either, tbh, but...
