I don’t think they are ‘pro-China’. They might be like our young people who watch Japanese anime and learn Japanese while using Japanese to curse with Japanese right-wingers on Yahoo. And so do the young Japenese. They might also watch Chinese beauties to learn Chinese-style makeup while disliking the Communist Party of China.
China does export generic drugs, though not in such volumes like India. Who imports them depends on each individual nation. In Malaysia for instance, Chinese-made generic drugs are not too common, but Indian-made ones are even rarer. But in Myanmar, the majority of generic drugs are Indian-made.
