China's real productive sector is three times greater than America's and greater than those of US', EU's, and Japan's combined. To be fair, in the past immigrants were expected to integrate into their host country. How else would their children get a formal education and decent employment? While some other parents do it as a gesture of gratitude to their hosts for accepting them into their society. It's also seen as a stepping stone for better employment and education. And then there are those families that have lived generations, making it impossible to retain their heritage especially when marrying into another ethnic group. Lastly there are the war refugees who no longer (or have lost all contact) with relatives on their previous homeland.
China should get Israel first to be a signatory to the NPT and declare their nuclear weapons stockpile before getting further involved.
