Europe woke up today with a new leader. Morawiecki proclaimed himself leader of New Europe. Not know whether to laugh or cry...
Morawiecki said in a joint news conference with U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris: “Old Europe believed in an agreement with Russia, and old Europe failed. But there is a new Europe — Europe that remembers what Russian communism was. And Poland is the leader of this new Europe.”

Anyone, western or otherwise, who thinks there’s an issue with Chinese ppl “fixated on the century of humiliation” ought to experience a “century of humiliation“ for themselves and their nation and see how quickly they get over it.

Poland has a lot of things going for it: the Witcher, Marie curie, vodka…but what doesn’t suit Poland is megalomania. That’s more of a German or French specialty. Poles should know better to stay in their lane and besides, what European would be hegemon depends on the good graces of an outside power to lead Europe? I didn't know Poland was the ECONOMIC ENGINE of Europe? I wasn't aware that it was also Poland that made enormous sacrifice in BLOOD AND TREASURE to DEDEAT NAZI Germany? I wasn't aware that it was Poland that has contributed to the ideological and political foundation to the creation of the European Union?
Why are losers with big mouth countries in Eastern Europe become so demented and unhinged in their estimation or in this case gross overestimation of their non-existent power? Buying military ticket items from South Korea, America does not make Poland a most formidable military power within Europe and bet that as it may as James Carville once pointed out to Bill Clinton (during his 1992 presidential campaign running against a war hero President Bush that just beat the living daylights of Saddam's invading forces in Kuwait) IT'S ABOUT THE ECONOMY STUPID!!

Poles have always been megalomaniacs. Imagine, within less than 300 years, claiming and then expanding from the Vistula across to occupy Moldavia, all the lands of Rus' to Smolensk, annexing the Prussian Confederation and Livonia, and trying to annex the last Rus' state of Moscow on two occasions. And then after having the cheek to call themselves the "Defensive (?!) wall" of Europe, they play the victim when the Russians come on them with a vengeance. And frankly, Czarist Russian rule of Poland was more respectful of the local religious tradition than what the Poles did to the Rus'. If the Poles got what they wanted we will be dealing today with a Polish empire from the Oder to the Amur.
