Irkut also manufacture civil aviation products. I will not be surprised if more experience labor is shifted to manufacturing civil aviation products. Similar shift may have happened in moving experience maintenance to zone of special military operations.
Su-30SM2 is now second tier product relative to Civil aviation and fighter lineup. i am not sure it make sense to continue manufacturing it. i have read Perm engine CEO interview. he mention they already at 120 PS-90A engines per year. initial target of PD-14 (including modifications to 12.5 to 16.5 tons) is 160 a year.
PD-8, PD-18 and PD-35 are separate engines. he explained it by separate gas generator for PD-8.

I am not disputing there is hunger in India but India should not be much different than other South Asians in ranking. just look at scale of Indian workers in Mideast and there remittances.

If it is European behind measuring this index than its understandable. what has India done for Eastern EU over past decades?. same question is for Japan. what has Japan done for Eastern EU?. now compared it with Germany.
