My estimates for average are from the fact that they merely said 60-200 thousands of roubles. Workers are the most numerous people and it is clearly the lowest paid category, while higher pays go towards architects, engineers, operators, etc. You think meals are expensive? Lol. Pieces of machinery says nothing again, all roadworks require lots of machines - from basic equipment to trucks and pavers.

It has 8000 piece of machinery is not small number. it will need maintenance in remote regions. All those people who reside there will have some kind of free transport. they will have temperature control living quarters. and those need to be maintained.
