I follow a guy on Quora. His semi-joke idea was giving Scotland and Northern Ireland their independence, adding England to the USA as the 51st state, and giving the UK's seat in the P5 to India. Thus the Uncle Sam gets an extra economic output of 3 trillion dollars, 1.4 billion people gets representation in the P5, Ireland becomes unified, Scotland becomes independent, the EU gets Scotland as a member and the UN gets a P5 member who doesn't parrot America.
