OK, since western people said we are "paper dragon". 
I think they'll not mind we support Russia with some “paper rockets”, "paper PESA radar", "paper missles","papar bullets" and "paper gold" to help them fight with Nazi Ukraine puppet government, afterall they are 100% harmless, isn't it?

I somehow feel it to be a massive over stretching of actuality. Hypersonic missile tech transfer? Come on. I don't think Russia is that fool. Hypersonics are strategic weapons. And how would india get raw materials to make the warhead? Are they gonna import them from Russia too? Testing has already been delayed. I dont see Russia exporting hyper sonic missiles anytime soon.
