They're simultaneously so close to class consciousness yet so far at the same time.
After reading through this, who the hell was the editor of this article? Most of the shit said here doesn't even make sense from a practical standpoint.
- Trump folded on the (Second) Trade War because of China's critical minerals monopoly.
- This isn't true at all. Trump folded to avoid dealing with empty store shelves by Q4Y25. The US could have China's scale of critical mineral exports and it would still be incapable of making anything. Case and point: US is an oil exporting nation and the majority of its electricity uses gas-fired plants, but suffers from an electricity shortage.
- The US should leverage the Netherlands and Japan to restrict China's semiconductors.
- The US is already doing this, such as ASML being unable to sell EUV to China and Japan imposed export bans in 2023. All it achieved was panic Chinese investors for a year.
- The previous paragraph said China had already targeted tech independence whether or not the US did anything. So, what exactly would this propsal do?
- China is over reliant on exports which is a weakness.
- This is the literal argument for Trump's Trade Wars, which the authors already said Trump folded like a chump. So what is the actual argument being being made?
- The US should restrict China's access to the Dollar, because Beijing can't turn the Yuan (RMB) into a reserve currency.
- The RMB has been a IMF reserve currency since 2016. Are they proposing inventing a time machine, because how do you stop something that's already happened?
- Straight of Malacca choke point will disrupt China's crude imports
- This is already happening with the Straight of Hormouz, and China hasn't flinched. Every. Single. Time. "Blockade Malacca" gets brought up, everyone says it'll bankrupted Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and the rest of Southeast Asia before China even starts to sweat. Which is happening right now.
- The US should destabilize China by encouraging uprisings in places like Xinjiang, Tibet, and Hong Kong while curbing foreign influence campaigns.
- The US already did this and failed. It kicked up a storm about Tibet and Xinjang, and nothing happened. Hong Kong begged the US for help during Trump's first term and both Democrats and Republicans ignored them. Why advocate for something that clearly didn't work and the US openly gave up on?
- EDIT: Forgot to mention that under Biden, USAID was allocated $1.6 Billion in anti-China propaganda. The agency was then by Trump in 2025.

Not sure to how to even say it, so just say it straight.
Before China speed, there was no such thing. China speed never existed anywhere else in the world as far as I am aware of.
So these timelines are more or less the norm, for most places in the world. If it is not on scheduled, it is delayed. That is what people are used to.
There was the Tweet tonight in this thread that was posted by comrade supercat with a Shuan Rein post. He said that when he leaves China for two weeks and returns, he is already in catch up mode. He did not say - China speed, but that is what it is.
Not only is there this China speed, the price is cheaper too.
Damn.
