Wow, so they might go from 290 nukes to a staggering 291.
Won't save them from shitty American air defense systems. In fact by the time they could respond they would be already obliterated by conventional missiles.
France had about the same number of nukes as China did just before Trump 1.9 around 300 or so, but they don’t have Chinese industrial capacity so their proliferation will take longer.
I guess some sellout so they can hope to avoid a camping trip
