Wow! I’ve been going through reactions on the Canadian deal with China in Canada and it’s like night and day depending on what you’re looking at. On one hand you have Canadians that hate Trump that are looking forward at the opportunity of buying Chinese EVs then on the more conservative sites, they sound just like Republican right-wingers. There’s no mix of opinions. Just one side or the other. The thing is the conservatives sound like they’re just repeating what Americans right-wingers say and accuse.

Ford of Ontario not Detroit is claiming any Canadians driving a Chinese EV won’t be able to drive them in the US. Does he think the US can stop Chinese EVs from working in the US? Well how does he explain all the Mexicans driving their Chinese EVs in the southern parts of the US?

The Canadian right-wing is just the Yellow Peril crowd, just a more polite form.

Loud, a little on the obnoxious side, the general Canadian population ignores them. That is why the Conservatives tend to lose elections. A party and supporters full of cranks and nitwits.

The whole Greenland debacle is deliciously ironic because here, you have a group of mainly white western nations who believed that white supremacy was the implicit agreed upon standard, hence why they tacitly allowed the trade and tech war against China and even went against national interests to fight China in support of white anglo American interests, only to now become subjected to Anglo American predation. And the reason why this has now come to a head is because of the Anglo American failure against China.
how many times has macron tried to appeal to the Americans to focus their attentions on China rather than the EU?
As far as I’m concerned, they can reap what they’ve sown.

The European politicians are dumb.

All they had to do was just be familiar with George Orwell.

In particular the part where mister piggy said we were all equal but some are more equal than others.

This is how dumb it is in Europe.

They are facing a two front war, and no one says anything.

Unbelievable, like, WTF?!

There’s something about the anglosphere, the five eyes, specifically Australia and Canada which has a weird fixation with anti Asian racism and yellow peril. I personally believe Australia should be taken as a Chinese autonomous region for the geostrategic necessity of depriving the five eyes with a base in the eastern hemisphere, along the same lines as trump wanting Greenland ”for national security”.
How does central bank work in US if not government controlled?
Like most other modern liberal democracies, these unelected central banks effectively control governments indirectly by influjencing interest rates which can affect an Administration's chances for re-election. Post british crown, republican/democratic/free trade America was always going to end up like this, before the Fed was implemented you had the equivalent of elon musk billionaires 'robber barons' like Carnegie and JP Morgan bailing out the US Government.
Yesterday, it was learned from China Baowu Steel Group that the first shipment of 200,000 tons of iron ore from the Simandou iron ore project has arrived at Majishan Port in Shengsi, Zhejiang Province.

THis will have impacts on Australian iron ore producers like Rio Tinto and BHP, the latter of which is a main anglo american tool to try to influence Chinese development. It was only last year that China broke BHP and forced them to trade in yuan. They will need further lessons to re-train them back to civility.

In fact, regarding Australia and given the conduct of Russia and the US, i think China has standing to expect Australia not be a party to any hostile forces nor house hostile armies for China's own 'national security'. This could take the form of a complete disarmament, a committed neutral zone and foreign policy and PLA assessors and arms inspectors housed on Australia soil, particularly Pine Gap to monitor compliance. Coupled with that, a CPC cell in every ASX200 company to ensure correct direction and compliance with Chinese laws.

EDIT: Found the strategic paper, Brian Berletic was talking about it:

I can totally see that happening. In maybe 40-50 years there will be a great scramble for Australia with Chinese, Indian and African imperialists carving up zones of influence, treaty ports and foreign concessions. Their towering mining titans rend the land asunder as new-natives (or Abo-Celtics) huddle under it's shadows, clutching their cold chilled Fosters listening to their tribal elders recite the oral histories of ancient cricket matches while performing their traditional spiritual break dance to drive away evil spirits.

The US secretly sought knowledge about military installations in Greenland

Previously unknown documents from the Danish Defense Ministry show that the Ministry and the top Danish military leadership were concerned that the US—informally and without involving Copenhagen—was trying to get Danish colleagues in Greenland to hand over information about military installations, ports, and air bases in Greenland. The Ministry was immediately informed, out of consideration for the “strategic climate” in relation to Greenland. The same was done for the entire top leadership of the Danish Defense, including the Chief of Defense. Experts say that we must expect American espionage against Denmark.

European clowns stooges politicians are so beyond cucked that even in these times they prefer to be lapdogs than diversifying their risk.

Trump argument for Greenland is "National Security", of course in reality is his big ego, but that is the argument. SO if US Europeans lapdogs don´t want to consider US "National Security" then why Trump has to commit to the current European "national security" struggle: Ukraine.

I think that is card that Trump will play, "Give us Greenland or be prepare to subsidize the Ukrainian war all by yourselves. We are out"
