I kinda feel that Iran has only itself to blame if it gets color revolution at this point. They had decades to either wipe out the resistance or carry reforms that didn't get these people on the streets.
Each political system has a fundamental structure, you can't reform too much without breaking it and ensuring collapse. Its like asking why can't the CCP introduce democratic reforms. They can't, without altering the whole political landscape and thus ensuring collapse. Kinda what happened to Soviet Union.

Iran's political system cannot "reform" too much without breaking social and political structure. You can say that is the limitation of the system but that is how it is. Not all systems are long lasting. Iran's Mullah dominated system likely has a breaking point.

Looks like Iran color revolution has begun. Lets see if IRGC can survive this. Doesn't look much promising though. Iranians are too western worshipping at the moment.
Visegrád 24 is an extremely bad far-right media outlet that frequently exaggerates for its own purposes. This so-called mass protest at most, only had two hundred people.

A byproduct of overly thorough revolution is that people forget how terrible the targets of the revolution were; people tend to fantasize about things they've never experienced.

The purpose of reform is to improve the system. China has been promoting diverse democratic practices, and clearly, the Western-style show democracy is not part of the plan. Equating political reform with the promotion of a "voting democracy system" is obviously a mistake.

Libbed up young people, especially women, think once the current government falls, it will be like all those photos that get posted by the CIA of "Iran in the 70's under the Shah." where they get to throw their head coverings in the fire and live a carefree and independent western woman lifestyle.

Silver Prices Soar as China's New Export Rules Take Effect—Elon Musk Says, 'This Is Not Good'

Elon Musk has voiced his concerns over China’s impending restrictions on silver exports, highlighting the potential impact on various industrial processes.

On Saturday, Musk reacted to a post on X by Jesse Peltan, who had shared a post from Bull Theory. The original post announced that China is set to impose restrictions on silver exports starting January 1, 2026, requiring companies to obtain government licenses for the same.

Peltan had commented that this development is a “bigger deal than it may seem.”

This is not good. Silver is needed in many industrial processes.

Musk responded to Peltan’s tweet, stating, “This is not good. Silver is needed in many industrial processes.”

Silver plays a crucial role in various industries, including electronics, medicine, and renewable energy. Its high electrical and thermal conductivity, along with its chemical stability, make it an indispensable resource.

China’s decision to restrict silver exports could potentially disrupt global supply chains, leading to a surge in silver prices due to a possible global supply shortage. This could, in turn, impact the cost of production in many industries, thereby affecting the global economy.

Musk’s tweet underscores the gravity of the situation, drawing attention to the potential consequences of China’s new export restrictions on silver.
