Its hilarious the level of entitlement and delusional idiocy at work to come up with that bullshit.
Firstly, China doesn’t think about India remotely as much as India imagines. China would love to not have to think about India at all if only they would stop stirring up shit.
Secondly, no one is entitled to investment, and you sure as shit don’t get a say on where others choose to invest their money. The west invested in China because China made those investments insanely profitable, and most companies literally cannot compete if they don’t invest in China.
India is an investments black hole with solid shit as it’s accretion disk. Every single company from every country that has invested in India have been basically robbed blind by them.
Nobody is investing in India because no one wants to be robbed by the Indians anymore.
China has nothing to worry about when it comes to India as it will never amount to anything with idiots like this in charge.

The petty part of me thinks China should rip up their right to return to HK, but I think Beijing will take the moral high road and allow them to slink back.

No, China was fine with India growing and developing during the Manmohan Singh era and prior; it wasn’t until India under BJP and Modi wanted to turn India into another sepoy state for the white man, that China sudddently had a problem.

India already making excuses if they fail. If the West allowed China to flourish, then China has no say in if India succeeds. Unless this is like how they complain that China is not helping them like Americans have to train the Indians in the jobs that are going to replace them. China is suppose to teach Indians how to make iPhones and sell them the machines so India can be an alternative to China.
