It totally depends on national will. If the public is strictly against US presence, and the leadership follows suit, do you think US will put its forces under danger in tiny based surrounded by hostile public and hostile military in a foreign land? Ofcourse not. Unless they want to fight a war there and US doesn't have the stomach for it.

US allies are advanced and industrialized to the point that if they want they can easily kick out US forces and also switch sides to China. The biggest problem is mental subservience that has been taught to them for generations.

Japan is not a colony of US. If they wanted, they could kick out US forces imediately, just like how Philippines kicked them out in the 90s. Its just they are too western worshipping and too afraid of China. They think US is their savior when it comes to China.

Pretty much every US ally whether its Europe, Japan, Korea or even Australia are most enthusiastic about US being there than US itself, which kinda wants to get out.
The United States abandoned its colony of the Philippines simply because it could not obtain sufficient profits there. Japan, however, was clearly different; it was a golden goose, and the United States had no reason to easily give up this colony.
The US's claim of withdrawing troops is merely a threat to extract more military spending from these countries. With hundreds of military bases worldwide maintaining its hegemonic position, do you think the US would willingly sever the very foundation of its hegemony?

Tell me why would China buy this when usa intention is right in the open to crush chinese competition and make China rely on Nvidia so stupid I don't believe it
I think this matter is still open to discussion; let's wait for official news from China.
China previously imposed sanctions on Nvidia due to the backdoor issue. Given that these issues haven't been clearly resolved, I don't believe China will accept this deal.

If anyone hasn’t heard, Alex Karp and other Palantir company executives are selling off their own shares they hold in the company. Karp just doesn’t understand how come people don’t recognize his genius… You have a Hitler-like origin story going on there.

I’ve noticed a lot of the military tech bros have upped their anti-China rhetoric lately. Could it be because they may have been cut-off from China’s rare earth supply after they’ve been regularly calling Chinese hi-tech to be banned?

I mean they all have the same personalities and have connections with the Trump hence why they sent their staff to be part of the administration.

They could be summed up as being the Pete Hegseth's of the oligarchy.

UAE + Israel vs Saudi. Support for opposing groups in Yemen. Saudi trying to preserve Yemen's unity; UAE + Israel trying to break Yemen apart. Here, it's the UAE backed group that has gained control of a key Yemeni city.
lol UAE+Israel vs Saudi. These countries are perfectly fine with dueling across the world. this helps to weed out trojan horses. If you read that new US strategy. It is combining AI with Royal Kingdoms and extending it to Africa. Global South will wish for American century once they observe implementation. now from where that AI comes from?. Even the smallest of Gulf states Russia talk AI and technology
This logic is not easy to explain. Just look at Gulf Kingdoms Airline industry. It is best for Desert environment or for that matter best in world as it serve the poorest areas of the world on this scale. This unique capability comes from institutional knowledge that is permanently attached to Royal families.

Technical aspects aside, it's interesting that Trump in his business man fashion is the one president who makes these executive decisions and can swing the entire country in one direction or the other. He started the trade war in his first term, escalated it this year and now also leading the de-escalation. Biden in comparison didn't nearly make as many big decision, merely following Trump's trade war and continuing the Afghan withdraw.

Weather or not his decisions are actually good for US, he's showing leadership qualities.
