I don't think so. Choke 'em till they're dead and that would solve all of China's problems. But choke 'em slowly, muffle it, lead 'em on and let them think we might let up. Don't go in so cold-handed and with such hard obvious conviction that they explode in pre-death struggle and figure they might as well try WWIII while they still have warm blood flowing.

China did address his concern, he will now deal with a disrespectful and unhinged top official.
