If China actually wanted to sink that ancient rust bucket, it’s highly doubtful it would even know missiles were inbound until impact, especially if China wanted to flex and use some of its hypersonics.

The attack run was performative and done to be seen by the ship to send a message and not a realistic training exercise.

Antifa isn't really a single centralized org, though and whomever claims to be antifa runs the whole spectrum from center left to far left. The majority of which hates the democrats guts because they are the same as the GOP in most policies.

There is a reason why Kamala has spent the last few months whinning about losing due to "single issue" leftist voters and whatnot.

Actyally up here in Canada-it's a favourite with Hollywood as the various small towns can be redressed as cowboy era ,small-town USA etc with minimum effort /cost and the ease of language,high safety/standard of living and proximity to big city Toronto perks a bonus.Win-win for Cdn and US but not to Trump.

Oh look, another "China collapse" article. Just what we needed. I'm starting to think these articles are just self esteem reinforcement for westerners. At least the "China collapse" articles from back in the day were fresh and sounded like the writers put some thought into it, this one just reads like it was written by AI trained on data obtained from reddit. It seems to me our Anglo friends are having a hard time dealing with a non white country they can't bully.

Since the September 3 Parade was mentioned in hashtag, it makes me wonder if it has been tested on any vessel models yet. Thoughts?

"Maintain" can be used as a synonym for "claim", e.g. "the driver maintains that he was travelling below the speed limit". That's evidently how the word is being used by The Telegraph here. It may not be wrong as such, but it is clearly open to misinterpretation in this context and so should've been rewritten for greater clarity.

EDIT: The article again uses "maintain" in the sense of "claim" later in the piece, but in a context that makes the meaning less ambiguous: "The UK has routinely maintained that it has the right to freedom of navigation..."

I actually fucking give up on reality because trump is using ai slop to spread bullshit medbed technology. He is delusional as the supposed king of the Tibet aka Lhagyari Trichen Namgyal Wangchuk who was crowned king by Dalai Lama but for obvious reasons no one cares as he is the king of nothing.
