Not every protest is a CIA psyop. In the case of Nepal, it's because the neoliberal government masquerading as communist tried shutting down social media, after it exposed how the children of the political elites were living in luxury. US Puppets are usually from a comprador elite class that espouse liberal whiteworshipping ideologies, which is not the case in Nepal.
