Business school is a scam. You can have all the degrees on it you want but only connections and sheer luck will get you anywhere. Connections will get you the start up money, either through links to a bank or someone with deeper pockets than you.
I have seen extremely smart people trapped in the system because the system needed them there. One guy he is a military engineer he fixes fighter jets in a US air base and he makes normal salary but he is not an ordinary guy he has an IQ above average and high meaning he has genius level IQ and he is a normal guy likes to smoke cigarettes, watches football at weekends and does normal things but he is smarter then the average and would have likely succeeded in mostly whatever he does
This is funny but it's also distorted factional propaganda in a way. The EU states (probably Baltic) that wanted to condemn China and name and shame China were pissed because their system allowed Germany to block them from wagging the dog. Hence they work with the media to throw shade on Germany, trying to conflate not naming and shaming, or condemning China as being the same thing as Rutte sucking Don's junk. The real story is that Germany's national leadership is still managing to protect their nation's business and political relationships in China, in the face of uppity nonsense from the Atlanticist Baltic tails trying to wag the dog for the US.
These income statistics are for household income (on avg. 2 adults, one to two child), but Filipino-Americans are multi-generational households with large households, so the overall household income is inflated. That's why Filipino-Americans rank 2nd or 3rd overall, a larger household (more people) is a larger income, it's not adjusted on an individual person basis.
Below a certain tier or ranking, yes. Above a certain tier or ranking, it makes a huge difference to your earnings. You can sometimes go from sub-6-figs pre-MBA to immediately ~200k in your first role afterwards.

I agree luck is large part of it but someone can also make money without any startup by simply becoming a broker with zero cent in his pocket and still walk away with millions
