At this point, Trump has a track record of always lying; you have a track record of believing/doom-posting on a person who always lies, and China has a track record of fucking the US in the end no matter what the agreement.
America's deals aim to please the crowd but carry no substance. China's deals don't care about the crowd but years later, evidence shows they always carry substance. The deal in Trump's first term resulting in China not fulfilling its orders, the US going into recession and China, not. This time, the US just had Q1 contraction completely made by Trump from Q4 2.4% growth under Biden. China's GDP is unaffected.
I don't believe that anyone is legitimately stupid enough to believe Trump anymore. I assume that when someone doom-posts on China with a "if what Trump says is true," they're just concern trolling like @gadgetcool5.

None of the above. Let's just say I seen certain things firsthand growing up and would therefore be more vocal about said things.
IIRC one of the divorce laws is that you must do the divorce court proceedings in the same exact town/ place you registered the marriage (which is extremely inflexible and dumb). And this said place is usually in one of the involved party's hometown, which many times leads to extreme one-sided bias, and you have no way out of it.
You have no idea how fked up and ridiculous the rulings can be if the court is fully in favour of one party due to reasons such as regional bias etc. Or how a sick minded person can easily hold the divorce hostage (with the given connections) while inflicting abuse continuously, which gains him all possible bargaining chips in the proceedings.
This is just one example, and there's definitely something that can be massively improved on here. And whenever I see such a new law being drafted, I will always think to myself how can the situation that's been etched in my mind be possibly avoided under this new rule, and honestly, I just don't see it.
I completely disagree with this. This goes against every fundamental principle of having a Law or a Justice system in the first place.
While I do agree with your sentiments, but what you are saying here is effectively victim blaming.
Laws (especially in the context of criminal and family law) are not drafted to tell the victim, "I told you so, you should have chosen better previously". Laws are there to eliminate criminal behaviour, abuse or negative effects of society, in a manner that ensures fairness and justice to all. Laws are there to ensure every safety net and well-being of a citizen is considered and therefore guaranteed to the best of its abilities. If not, the law is either ineffective or even a failure and should be improved on.
A "vow", as you said, is just a "vow", it can easily be broken after marriage, and in actual fact, it frequently does. Words are just words and people do in fact change or turn out to be different. If the law does not protect its people in such a high statistical scenario, then it should rightly be questioned and amended. Saying that a person should choose their path in such a precise way, so that they are not required to deal with the dire consequences of falling out of protection in the framework of an inadequate law, as if people should be able to predict the future or face disaster, is not helpful at all. It is in fact logically and morally reprehensible, and this mindset would lead to the downfall of a society.
Interesting way of basically destroying the image of th USA in the eyes of Australia even further while giving them an out of this stupid submarine bullshit that it’s bound to be useless in any fight against China. The best defence against China for Australia is simply neutrality since China has and never will fire the first shot and Australia lacks the means or the will to start an idiot fight unless the USA threatens them into it. South east Asia will simply be at peace when the U.S. fucks off back to Its side of the pacific and does the good boy thing to let Trump hurry up and demolish the nation so they can cause no more wars.
Ok, I admit that I like to bag India from time to time but in all seriousness, Boeing right now is a failed company that cannot bring anything to the table other then flying coffins. I cannot imagine how horrible such a fate would be to go out like that (especially to civilians who did no wrong) and the fact that those stupid bastards in Boeing will not suffer any consequences does piss me off. This is saddening regardless of which country had to have the displeasure of using such an faulty aircraft

In my city there is a restaurant that claims to have ties with Australia. They had a kangaroo meat patty burger on menu when we had a group lunch there before the pandemic. A former colleague of mine, a Russian I believe, tried it. He did not regret the decision but would not recommend it.
