If the Arabs build their own AI data centers, what models will they run on it? Either foreign models (closed source like OpenAI or open source like DeepSeek) or indigenous models made locally? What exactly is the upside if not to support locally developed models or open sourced models? If to support OpenAI models, why not have Sam Altman foot the bill for AI data centers like he does in US?

This guy, and many palestinians, was celebrating Israeli bombing upon Hezbollah - only group fightning alongside PA resistance against israel - and AlQaeda takeover on syria - cutting only supply line over Palestinian resistance and getting them out there.

Just things of arab world. When I was a young left-winger, I always supported Palestinian groups. But when I got into this topic and learned deeply, I gave up my support and lost my sympathy toward them.
