this so called muslim countries not appreciate enough. look it up MBS New Europe. why he need to create some thing called New Europe?. certainly i wont write long paragraphs on impolite complex stuff but these people have good insights about things.

Every single dependency that China has with the United States since 2014 has become a liability, basically a live grenade, from Trade with tariffs, to the dollar with sanctions, to technology with Biden intention to kill China IT-Semiconductor industry with export controls. Every single one.
Ultimately, countries are focused on outcomes. If they aren't getting the outcomes they want, they will moan and complain and blame regardless of if it is they who are at fault. The world is not going to become more fair, going forward; if anything, it will become less fair as nationalism is fundamentally about prioritizing the interests of the nation above those of others, and nationalism is on the rise.
The take away for China is that you can't rely on others. Cut your deals where they are favorable, promote win-win where they make sense, invest where you can make a profit, but focus the bulk of your time & energy on improving your own house and your own population. China can only succeed, long term, if its people succeeds. Putting your eggs in any other basket, including in the so called "Global South basket," is a losing strategy.

Can China afford to reduce all existing tariffs by half to all countries except the US? For trades conducted in CNY, reduces the tariff to zero.

China is not stupid nor cheap, there is a long list of countries that aren't any better nor deserve any better such as EU who just backstabbed China with EV tariffs when China was fighting Beiden, EU is not alone, India and Canada immediately come to my mind. If conceeding to US demand is feeding tiger with own flesh, reducing tariffs to these countries are like feeding own flesh to the wolfs. If someone picks on you, so be it and punch back.
BTW, China has given zero tariff treatment to all Less Developped Countries with diplomatic relationship since December 1st, 2024. You can see the priority of China. China is creating an order in which countries will be treated preferably according to their closeness to China. One don't get appreciation if one beg or bribe or gives undeserved reward, that only makes one looks cheap.
