Reminds me of my university. They instituted Women's hours at the gym during the potentially busiest times like 5 - 6 or Noon.
So basically if you had time in between classes around lunch, you couldn't go on those days, nor could you go after class on others.
It was amazingly inconvenient. A guy joked to me "Of course, it's women's hour right now, surprised they don't do whites-only hour too"

There's a lot of xenophobia even among blacks themselves (see South Africa's xenophobic attitudes against illegal immigrants from Nigeria etc). The average black American can trace his family tree just as far - if not farther - as your typical white American.
I remember when the wave of Venezuelans came to the US and the biggest critics were often blacks in cities like Chicago etc. There's also the trend of Trump gaining votes among minority voters. Your typical right-wing influencer is going to get browner in the future!
