Blackmail is often involved in these schemes. Invite them to parties, videotape them fucking prostitutes or abusing children and doing drugs or other criminal activities. And then threaten them with exposure for the rest of their lives. If not this, concentrated libel and public defamation by media also works. The first part is especially common in secret societies and cults. To ensure that a member doesn't expose secrets, he/she is put through a series of "initiations" which comprise of these acts which can be used against them.
They don't possess the cognitive ability to connect the dots and understand that the media/government that led them to Iraq on false premises (which they're aware of was a lie) is the same media/government spewing anti-China, anti-Russia, anti-xyz propaganda.
Just a few years ago, they were saying the public is tired of war and wants to end the Afghan War. Barely six months after running from Afghanistan, they were supporting a war against Russia and now aiming at China.
These folk (the general public) aren't in touch with reality, living in a pure fantasy world; attention span of a squirrel.
Should the pro-Palestine protestors respond in kind with violence, they will be arrested for inciting violence, exactly what the fascist state intends. It's a trap. That's why the police stood by and watched.

The Russian MODs production capacity surpasses that of the West and their puppets in the east combined as is being demonstrated, because the Russian MIC is configured to defend Russia's interests, not to make profit for the elites and not to appease stock holders. They have many factories that just sit there on stand by for when needed, courtesy of the USSR.

The thing about taking bribes is once you accept it, you are locked in the cycle through blackmail and can't just walk away, so the amount of money accepted is not even relevant. They probably also get spied on and entrapped by people like Epstein and such.
