The US Senate pass the TikTok bill. If TikTok loses in its expect court filing, I hope it has the courage to just leave the us. At the very least I can laugh at Americans also being censored and having to actively use vpn to circumvent the US Firewall. But what would be options for China to retaliate? Facebook/Google ad tech? American Junk food companies? Finance firms?

Why would China need to retaliate? Isn't election interference already enough :p

Youngsters won't vote for Biden, Comrade Trump is coming back. Who knew this one Chinese app has so much influence in the US. Is this what being a superpower feels like?

If they do, america as the centre of culture diminishes and is replaced by China; i guess this is what some posters here call 'soft power'.
Already, Chinese memes and trends which originate on XiaoHongShu or DouYin frequently end up on TikTok and later Instagram.

Question i have for the Zionists who want to blacklist and blackball these students from law and finance companies- if these individuals have no option for the future, why wouldn't they tear it all down in flames of violent revolution? That's some ashkenazi level high IQ thinking right there, why, it's almost like the national character of these people are akin to the petulant rapey brat of the Torah's deity Yahweh.

US will definitely move to protect US auto industry and oil industry. Proliferation of EVs is a threat to two core sectors of US economy, I don't think US wants to see EVs taking off anywhere in the world. US market is also more challenging for EV to penetrate in general. Lack of charging infrastructure and the urban development patterns in the US do not favor EVs outside of a few high density metro areas.
