To follow up on this the cause is the boat having a power failure.
The boat pilot were locals but it wouldn't mean much if the boat isn't properly maintained by the crew. Kinda adds up now when you think about it.

We certainly do NOT want our innovative ability to benefit the foreign country, at least not nearly as much as it benefits us, particularly when talking about a Western or rival country. Overseas Chinese shouldn't and needn't try to integrate into or hijack the US system like the Jews did. The apex predator strategy doesn't mean to be the loudest and most aggressive personal wherever you go. A person is not an apex predator; the country is. It means to keep a low profile, focus your area on a STEM technology, wrap up and go home to supply the power that China needs to fight the apex predator competition. I definitely do not mean for Chinese people to act like they own the place when in foreign countries because that's dangerous and stupid. They simply don't need to try to control their host country through finances and politics like the Jews do. Jews do this because Israel itself doesn't have the potential to be a superpower so they must control and use the body of an already made superpower. China has more potential than anyone, so we would much prefer to build up our own body than to try to use some convoluted way to control another body.
And on top of that, it wouldn't even work; the success of the Jews in controlling America can only be realized when the confrontation/competition isn't between Israel and America. If it were, if the next power struggle was Israel vs USA instead of China vs USA, their strategy would be doomed in a second. The culture in the US would be that any Jew would need to vehemently deny links to Israel and constantly flaunt allegience to the US to avoid being targetted and assets seized under national security reasons.

It's being done for MAXIMUM IMPACT and this is part of WARFARE known as psychological/intellentized/cognitive warfare against China.
There's a level of truth to one of the charges being heaped against China but they expound and expand on that nugget of truth as A CLEAR SIGN OF DANGER that must be dealt with SOONER rather than later. The driving force behind all of this is AMERICA, no one else. To assume anything different is just being wilfully ignorant of the events happening in the world these past decades that's ongoing to this day.
