I thought those to symbol were for incel

Definitely not
In the eternal words of Talib Kweli
“When the president’s a bush and vice president’s a dick, a whole lot of f***ing is what you’re gonna get…”

20 years had passed, now the military is launching the “future soldier” classes because public schools no longer produce people who can add anymore. So I say they are still too busy f***ing around

Now, I can sort-of understand more on why @Patchwork_Chimera had to literally non-stop banging his head onto his work desk, his bathroom wall and his steering wheel on his way to work/home every day, with Peter Zeihan/Ian Easton-type people populating the entire DC...

Why bother even studying such things? Are they trying to convince the Chinese people that its government is spending money on wasteful things like national security? Or is this just like COVID-19 deaths where the US wants the attention off the US to claim China is worse? Every time I see an article about how much money China is spending on its military, the author or a commentator will ask what enemy does China have to need a military to protect itself from...? This coming from the side that openly says they want to destroy the Chinese economy just because they can't handle the competition and Western domination over the world is threatened?

What happened to how they wanted to treat China like how the US did with the Soviet Union where they spent the last part of the Cold War trying to keep up with the US, primarily militarily, that forced the Soviet Union in bankruptcy. China needs to spend money on the military in order for that to happen. It's like how the West wants Chinese tourists spending money in their countries but they don't want the sight Chinese in their countries. If the West were to takeover China like they'd like to, they would claim into order to balance imaginary trade deficits, the Chinese will to have buy to fill a quota every year from them the most environmentally friendly product ever called a widget at a $1000 per.

"SeeSeePee is getting more for less, reeeee, how is possible? reeeeee"
Maybe just maybe something to do not having to have 800 military bases all over the world. Not having to subsidize the military spending of a group of parasites sorry "allies". Not having spend hundred of billions is wasteful projects keeping those alive by the sheer power of the Military Industrial Complex pork barrel politics. Spending more in diplomacy. Not getting involved in money burning forever wars. Maybe.
Wow crazy idea.

China managed to save trillions of dollars by not putting fire extinguishers and water proof doors in their naval ships.

Like a Pentagon official recently said the US spends $20 on something the Chinese can do it for a dollar. The US thinks itself as the norm so anyone that spends less than they do must be cheating. Anyone who spends more than they do must be corrupt. It's the US that's corrupt. They, as usual, makes what is illegal... legal. That what they do. It was I think Michael Moore's documentary on 9-11 where he went to a convention for military contractors where they can get a million dollar contract from the military and all they have to do to fulfill it is spend $50,000 of that contract and the rest is profit for them. That does follow 20 to 1.

I thought China was uninvestable... That was the point of Gina Raimondo making that statement thinking people were going take her word as being as good as gold thus not invest in China. It must be a huge blow to her ego that after she makes that statement stocks that have anything to do with the Chinese semiconductor industry skyrocket. Two guarantees... Chinese will do it cheaper than the West and when Chinese get into the game, competitors are wiped-off the board. Sure the US can just pass a law telling Western companies not to buy and use Chinese semiconductors... and their products won't be able to compete with ones that use Chinese chips thus they go bankrupt. The West puts out this notion that they use the best chips in everything. They use 3nm chips in their toasters that would cost thousands of dollars each? That's why China dominating "legacy chips" is an issue and so alarming to them now. They don't need the best chips in everything but they like to think that's the case and that's why they didn't see the importance until now.
