There was a comment few months back in r/warshipporn in which commenter said his USN buddy said PLAN was terrifying and they (PLAN) basically did whatever they wanted in SCS. That comment got downvoted to oblivion.

r/warshipporn used to be good at downvoting sinophobic nonsense, but got worse recently, there was even a mod who challenged the wumao downvote brigade

Sept 6 (Reuters) - China has ordered officials at central government agencies to not use Apple's iPhones and other foreign-branded devices for work or bring them into the office, the Wall Street Journal reported on Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
