Considering that the EU practically killed there manufacturing base on the USAs order via Nordstrom 2 bombing and the whole cutting off Europe from Russian resources, the EU might end up falling quicker then that once the whole Ukraine war is done and over with. I mean sending much of its weapons there with the expectation they can get an easy victory based on faulty logic is almost asking to get killed a 100 times over. In general many leftists are getting sick of progressivism. Letting just about anyone through the border with no vetting obviously never made much sense and nobody's in the mood to say F the police nowadays when car windows are being broken left and right, and people are mugged in broad daylight almost every hour.
And yet despite those realities there are people who are still pro-open border and pro-soft on crime, and they will make their displeasure known at the ballot box if elected officials do anything about the social ills both policies have wrought on America's major cities.
In the end, what can one say other than, "such is the joys of democracy."
