The whole comment section is racism all the way down. It's either calls for war and genocide against the Chinese people or unadulterated racism against the Vietnamese themselves. I would say that the masks are coming off, but those kinds of posters have been parading around their bigotry and hate for a while now.

“China has some legitimate difficulties unrelated to the United States,” Biden told reporters on Saturday. “I think one of the things that balloon caused was not so much that it got shot down. But I don’t think that the leadership knew where it was or knew what was in it and knew what was going on.”
“I think it was more embarrassing than it was intentional,” he said before boarding Air Force One to Philadelphia for a speech to kick off his 2024 reelection campaign. Biden said he’s “hoping that over the next several months I’ll be meeting Xi again.”
Biden’s comments coincide with a trip by US Secretary of State Antony Blinken to Beijing to meet senior Chinese officials in an attempt to lower tension and avoid outright conflict between the world’s two biggest economies. Blinken’s original trip was postponed after the uproar over the balloon, which crossed the US from west to east before being shot down by a fighter jet off the South Carolina coast.

U.S. nuclear-powered submarine arrives at South Korea's Busan port
SEOUL, June 16 (Reuters) - A U.S. nuclear-powered submarine has arrived at a port in the South Korean city of Busan, the South Korean military said on Friday. It is the first time in nearly six years that a submarine classified as "SSGN" by the U.S. Navy, or a cruise-missile submarine, has stopped off in South Korea.The arrival comes after North Korea two short-range missiles off its east coast on Thursday and follows a failed attempt by Pyongyang to launch a spy satellite last month.
In April, South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol and U.S. President Joe Biden agreed in Washington to "further enhance the regular visibility of strategic assets" on the Korean Peninsula.
The leaders also agreed that a U.S. Navy nuclear-armed ballistic missile submarine (SSBN) will visit South Korea for the first time since the 1980s to help demonstrate Washington's resolve to protect the country from a North Korean attack. There was no timetable given for such a visit.

Xi called Bill Gates an "old friend" when Biden basically says that of Xi to say how close he is to knowing China to the American public. I don't think you'll be hearing Xi call Biden an old friend.
