Nearly all officials of Vietnam send their children to US and they come back to inherit the rule. 20 years from now on, you will see a completely different Vietnamese government with Western education and being more liberal than ever with extremely high nationalism. I can see the hostility toward China will actually increase.
That is almost exactly what the west has been portraying China to be, 1. Chinese leaders have their children to be educated in the US, 2. Chinese officials have large wealth parked in the west, 3. Chinese youths are more and more nationalist or even racist, 4. China is less and less Communist ruling.
Their history textbooks already begin to remove the aid of China during the Vietnam wars and even begin to have a more favorable view of the South Vietnam regime.
North Korea minimized China's contribution in Korean war too. But I don't see it has impact on real life. There are many 国粉 (fans of ROC) in China in recent years too, thinking they will get their way is just a joke.

If anyone doubt the western projection of China, he/she should put a huge amount of salt on the projection of Vietnam. On the other hand, if someone like you believe in that projection on Vietnam, you should not have any better hope on China either.

It is all about western propaganda, combined with a pessimistic and knee-jerking reaction.

China's rise forces changes and adaptations on BOTH foreigners and Chinese. For Chinese we need to learn to live with the realities that there are always someone somewhere who does not like us or hate us. That is life, no big deal. It is a part of being grownup.

And there you have it. 360’s much vaunted bone from China about not supplying weapons to either side is already shown to be meaningless.

Why does China need to export weapons to Russian when it can set up factories in Russia instead under the guise of mutual co-operation and joint-development of future weapons systems?

While NATO are emptying its armouries sending Ukraine fish, China is getting ready to build industrial fishing boat factories for Russia.
I can see China supplying more consumer goods so Russian domestic industry manufacturing can re-tool for wartime weapons production focus....but a Chinese-built weapons factories inside Russia is costly and time consuming and hard to be discreet. It's much easier to set up a weapons factory in North Korea to pump out artillery shells and other weapons for Russia with North Korea as a intermediary. A NORINCO engineer would be easy to spot in sea of white people, but in North Korea, they can't tell the difference.

The video presenters conclusion is not an earth shattering reveal if one has been paying attention to the many atrocities and numerous violations of INTERNATIONAL LAW American presidents past, present, and future have committed and will continue to do so in the name of their ever sacred, sacrosanct, unchallengeable "NATIONAL SECURITY."

Korea, U.S. could expand intelligence partnership to include Japan

Korea and the United States could expand their intelligence partnership to include Japan, which could rival the U.S.-led "Five Eyes" information-sharing network during their upcoming bilateral summit, said Seoul's deputy national security adviser.
Kim Tae-hyo, principal deputy national security adviser, told reporters at Incheon International Airport after returning from Washington Saturday that there is a "high possibility" that Japan could in included in an intelligence alliance with Korea and the United States, but that it can be reviewed on a "step-by-step" or "case-by-case" basis.
"There is an information-sharing alliance of English-speaking countries called Five Eyes," said Kim. "And we have a Korea-U.S. intelligence alliance that is perhaps sharing cyber information on the Korean Peninsula even deeper that, which we are further solidifying."
He added that going forward, "there will be discussions on which partners would additionally be invited to the Korea-U.S. intelligence alliance in the future."
