I doubt they will migrate away. The difference between India and US is that TikTok in the US has deep market penetration with a shitton of people using it and it has become culturally ingrained into American society.

I do think that there is a difference between the indian and possible US ban on tiktok. The major demographic in india that was using tiktok is also neck deep in anti China vitriol and the ban followed the galwan clash. A recent survey, something that I can't across on SDF itself, indicates that might not be the case in the US where the average youth is far less antagonistic to China.
