Oh yes, that's a possibility. And is a possibility Aussie, like US could win. It well be a long drawn out case. Can Aussies wine last this long? Problems with argricutal produce is no producers is going to produce ehen yhe future is uncertain. In tge short run, tge wine producers is going to gave gard time. And in the long run? like Keynes said, "in the long run we will all be dead"

On the other hand, they could loose. Or if China looses, can anyone make China complied? Heck the US looses many cases as well. Have they complied when they lost?

To be honest, the West criticizes India for its caste system, but the West has its own caste system which they don't realize (or try to conceal). In the Western caste system, whites are at the top. You are free to immigrate, you're just going to be at the bottom of the caste system. Which is why when people of color complain about not fitting in, that can only be expected. You can't expect a Chinese to the rise to the top of India - the Indian caste system simply won't allow that. Really, casteism is rampant in Western civilization. In the past, you had Italians, Irish & Jews at the bottom, but since then the Inferior Whites have been co-opted, so Non-Whites are now the ones at the bottom of Western caste systems.
