Well that makes zero sense, at any level.
I have yet to meet anyone from China who wants darker skin, so there is no eugenics angle to speak of as a possible motivation.
How anyone can think university students can be forced to have sex with people in China is beyond me. Especially since, rightly or wrongly, Chinese society is still very intolerant of premarital sex. With female ‘purity’ and virtue especially cherished. Any normal female Chinese university student who faced such pressure would immediately call home to complain and there would be literal riots by enraged parents and almost certainly leading to a formal police investigation and rape charges against any university staff involved.
But the real cherry on top is the multiple abortions claim. That’s like complaining about a restaurant having bad food after going back for seconds and thirds.
What is infinity more likely is that teenagers pumped full of hormones and away from home for the first time in their lives did what they were genetically programmed to do when given the chance. Got pregnant, got abortion(s) and carried on until parents found out, so blamed university rather than face up to the consequences of their own choices.
