Perhaps it's be design? and or just the simple explanation that Russia does not want to expand the conflict against NATO/U.S. because it does not have the capacity or capability to handle a much better armed and competent adversary. And that Russia is not as strong as we once thought they were? I mean, it's been over a year since the Russian "Special Operation" a.k.a. Ukrainian invasion started and we're still left waiting to witness this supposed awesomeness of Russian military power, so far we have been left wanting and waiting for this non-existent Russian super duper force.

If Russia is so scared of a conflict with NATO that they are unwilling to shoot down a UAV, then they might as well pack up and go home.

I don't believe this is the case, hence why I don't understand their reluctance.

Well they were reluctant a year ago and that's part of the reason why everyone was making fun of VKS.
That's changes as of a few hours ago and the question is why. What suddenly gave them confidence.
At least from what we see so far US isn't calling for a military response just yet, so calling their bluff seems to be working.

Isnt one of the main issues also profit? There is more money to be made by buying luxury/modern homes than affordable homes.
If you increase the supply enough it won't matter. Prices will go down. You also have to look at it from the developer's point of view.

If my development costs are extremely high, then the only way I can justify building an apartment block, is if I make it a "luxury" apartment, so that I can charge more money and actually have decent margin on the product.

State and city governments have to re-zone and make the regulatory process easier. Otherwise things just won't get built.

maybe Russia can barely survive; no other country could resist being crushed immediately.
Russia can barely survive? it generated $333b trade surplus when its major markets completely cut off. it will be able to utilize Boeing/Airbus upto 7 years before it can transition over to wholly Russian fleet. same will happen with semiconductors.
it will develop planes that can take into account aerospace detour like design flexibility for more range and higher cruising speed for its category. i am sure it can maintain high disposable income even with 100% western sanctions for the rest of its life. that disposable income is reflected on buying tickets indirect transit routes.

He further noted, "After holding specialized and expert meetings and discussions about the increase of flights between the two countries, the development of the foreign flight network, the increase in flights passing over Iran, as well as increase in the cooperation between two sides and also the necessary preparations for signing the air transport agreement, the new MoU was signed by the heads of the Civil Aviation Organization of Iran and the UAE."

Has there been any allegations of Police brutality, abuse of power by planting false evidence; beating up alleged suspects for false accusations of resisting arrest after running down a person/suspect and still requiring that said person to comply even if that said person is as good as dead?

Latest breaking news in yet another case of American Police Brutality/Criminality in the city of Cleveland, Ohio. Ohio is such a f..d up state with uncaring government, a government that's mostly indifferent to the plight of its people. A police force that toys and plays with the lives of the citizens they were sworn to protect and serve.

I am sure that in CPC China worst or similar cases happened in the past right? right?

But look at the evil SeeSeePeee cops!

Everybody should be scared of a conflict between NATO and Russia, there is a very real chance of a Nuclear escalation.
NATO outspends Russia by 18 times and outmatch them with conventional forces, as such Russia have only the Nuclear card to play.
