Bring the drinking age down to 14... if you old enough to work then you old enough to drink ... plus it would add to US GeeDeePee

it is not like change in Syria or anywhere else will bring more competent system.
This Slutsky explained benefit. Russia may not want to play role in it due to Israel. Israel can stills shakedown Germany and this all that matter.
