I guess things are messing up in the UK quite quickly and honestly, does anyone give a frig about Star Wars anymore, I mean really? Also, considering that Poland is basically attacking Germany like this with regards to reparations for WW2, this does lead credence to Poland being a willing party to the pipe line sabotage given that the ex foreign minister sent that twitter out (which is quickly deleted btw but the damage is done). Oh well, if this eventually leads to the disintegration of the EU and the possible destruction of the unity of NATO, I can't see this as a bad thing

Asahi TV is saying government sources say it may have been an ICBM. An suspected ICBM has flown over the land of Japan onto the other side, which lasted happened about 5 years ago. Now… will the US equally response in kind and fire an ICBM over North Korea? They did say something about responding in something similar or overwhelming a couple months ago.

Taiwanese President Tsai Ing-wen, right, meets German lawmaker Klaus-Peter Willsch in Taipei on Oct. 3 to discuss common concerns between Germany and Taiwan, including China.

TAIPEI (Kyodo) -- Taiwan President Tsai Ing-wen on Monday sought to deepen relations with Germany in response to Russia's aggression against Ukraine and Chinese pressure on the democratic self-ruled island.
In a meeting with a German parliamentary delegation in Taipei, Tsai warned of the global spread of authoritarianism and said, "It is precisely for this reason that all democratic countries should unite and cooperate to jointly defend values such as freedom and democracy."
Video of the meeting was released by Taiwan's Presidential Office.

Citing other common challenges such as COVID-19 and climate change, Tsai said Taiwan looks forward to deepening cooperation with Germany in various areas and jointly safeguarding justice, peace and ecological sustainability.

The German delegation is led by Klaus-Peter Willsch, who heads the Germany-Taiwan Parliamentary Friendship Group.
Tsai thanked the delegation for visiting Taiwan at a critical time, which she said bore particular significance because it is the first visit by German parliamentarians since the COVID-19 pandemic began in late 2019.

Tsai also called the lawmakers' group and the German federal parliament an "important force for Taiwan."

Describing Taiwan as "an important friend of Germany," Willsch said through an interpreter that it is important for Berlin to engage in bilateral cooperation and exchanges with Taipei, especially by strengthening diplomatic relations.

On Russia's invasion of Ukraine, Willsch praised the bravery of Ukrainian men and women in defending their country, freedom and democracy.

As some have expressed concern that Chinese President Xi Jinping may imitate Russia and pursue military means to seize Taiwan, Willsch underscored the German parliament's opposition to unilateral attempts to change the status quo in the Taiwan Strait.

"If Taiwan is under military threat, we will bravely stand up to assist Taiwan and support Taiwan," he said.

Willsch said the people of Taiwan should be very proud of their democratic development, which he said is "of great significance in Asia."

He also commended Taiwan for its economic performance, particularly with regard to semiconductors, saying that without them "global industry may have a big problem."

The seven-person cross-party delegation arrived on Sunday for a five-day visit.

The group will also meet with other senior leaders and visit the legislature, think tanks and security organizations.

As though we need more proof that the current crop of German politicians is in the pocket of the U.S. completely.

Today, Elon Musk blew up Twitter and the Ukrainians.

Elon Musk has recognized Crimea as Russian since 1783 and proposed his own plan for resolving the conflict.

After that, Musk's account was attacked by bots. Musk also received expletives like ''fuck off'' from former Ukrainian ambassador to Germany.

Musk 's plan consists of 4 points:

And another poll:

Point 4 is DOA: Russia will never trust Ukraine to remain neutral ever. So the poll is a nonstarter.

I suspect Bongbong is just paying lip service to those annoying Yankees.

Such exercise always gives me the vibes of "if the only tool you have is a hammer, you will start treating all your problems as a nail". The U.S. simply doesn't know anything else to do except resorting to military force.

I think the repairs for the damaged NS1 and NS2 pipelines have to start as soon as possible, before the pipes are severely eroded by seawater. On the other hand, surprisingly, a string of NS2 may have enough integrity to be used for gas supply in the near future.

You really have to be brainwashed if you don't know until this day that Winnie-the-pooh does not mean anything and is not censored in China.

I doubt America will do anything, they haven't in the past over a missile launch.

What's different about these missile tests are they aren't being done for political reasons. There's been no diplomatic incident and things in North Korea are fine, there's no upcoming parade.

I think Kim is testing his missiles because he thinks he may need to use them.
North Korean test flights in the direction of the Earth's rotation will overfly Japanese territory. It is just how things are.
North Korea used to do this a lot in the past. Whenever they needed some aid or a Japanese or American politician said something inflammatory, missiles would be lauched flying over Japan and landing in their territorial waters.

Japanese are very neurotic and would freak out, buying survival gear and complaining to America to get them to do something. Americans would just tell them to deal with it and ignored them.

Bro they allow the Americans to destroy their infrastructure, so you never know...lol

The US up their ante and we're waiting for the Chinese to match it and they will, $20 million (from $15 million) is small change for the Chinese...lol
