The West is a bunch of countries without resources but high hunger for power and low bar to use violence to get what they want.
If your country has sovereign domestic and foreign policy then you are already a "Dictatorship with no human rights" and it doesn't matter what your economical and political system is, it could be the most democratic and lovely cushy plushy regime and it wouldn't matter.
Dare your country has any resources then you are an eternal enemy like we Russians. They want our lands and resources and for you Chinese guys, well you have resources and to much sovereignity.
Give your resources and take this shackles and don't forget to walk hunched over like a good slave and then the West will love you.

I appreciate your reply. Are there any privately religious CCP members, if that's allowed? How does it work? But if the moral stick of "representation" is to be applied (something that I would associate with the agenda of the West) then perhaps one should apply it to other countries too. One could ask Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Pakistan, or indeed UK, Germany, France, USA, the same. Or, if one wishes to apply another form, one could ask how many women have made it to the Standing Committee, or the likelihood of a woman becoming GS. Food for thought for all.

Not breaking news, but one I got one of these scam calls and they asked me if I was in an accident. The guy had a very heavy Indian accent so I said, “Yes, I ate a very spicy curry last week and ended up in the hospital.”
He didn’t get it until I started going into made up graphic detail and he said “Excuse me sir, are you making a joke of me?”, at which I hung up because the joke clearly ran it’s course
