It's ironic how all the things the West's brags that makes them have advanced economies, i.e. more services not manufacturing, are a major factor why they're experiencing the worst inflation in forty years. Look at how now Biden is looking to meet with head of states of two countries he's vilified. One because he needs OPEC to produce more oil and the other to smooth out supply chains all to reduce that inflation. What happened to the US is energy independent? What happened to decoupling with China? This is what I'm talking about how China doesn't want to throw in their face. Someone has to do it because the US and the West will certainly repeat history if no one humiliates them in front of the world for their mistakes. The Chinese way so far has been this ineffective kumbaya tactic trying to convince the West that everyone hurts in the process... All you have to do is look at Blinken in Alaska to meet with the Chinese. As usual the US thought they could control the narrative because China doesn't counter publicly. This time they did pointing out the US's social problems. Afterwards Blinken invited the UN to investigate the US to counter what China said. That's doesn't normally happen because the US doesn't get usually humiliated in public. It's to China's best interests to start shooting from the hip at the West because they'll less likely open their mouths when there's a risk of looking like a hypocrite to the world.

Another meeting already? They just had one about 3 days ago.
Can’t the USA just f@ck off from Chinas business already, that bloody nation already caused enough trouble and they still want more. Do they want a Russia, China, Nth Korea, Iran, etc combined invasion on there soil that badly, do they not get the memo that the USA is no longer invincible and is only so far away from civil unrest and that these idiots in the white has cannot dictate terms that continue to violate the red lines of others. I guess in the future, might get what they wish for although in the event of that scenario, it is not one where the eagles are coming to save them

Some European Factories, Long Dependent on Cheap Russian Energy, Are Shutting Down
Industrial energy costs are soaring in the wake of Russia’s war on Ukraine, hobbling European manufacturers’ ability to compete globally
Glass and fertilizer plants had shut down in Europe late last year because of high natural gas prices. I doubt things are better now.
At this rate all the heavy industry in Europe will move to places like Turkey which don't sanction Russian energy.

No one talking about this yet?
So much respect if international law and prior itself made agreements by the British rule-of-law brigade.
The UK risks losing Northern Ireland. I mean Shin Fein already had the most seats in the last elections.

Gas supplies getting slashed by 40% because they didnt return the repaired pumping units lmao
Another case of their precious EU sanctions backfiring on them. Siemens can keep withholding the gas turbines they repaired from Russia, and the Russians can keep their gas. So will the EU buckle and break their own sanctions on gas turbine and parts or not? The EU will soon find out how much the Russians "need" them as an energy customer. i.e. not really.

“Serbia, India, Hungary, etc. Stop buying Russian energy. You must sanction Russia in the name of feedumb and democracy. You are on the wrong side of history.” - Yours dearly the Western Allies.
Now this is no joke. The US basically nerfed their own sanctions. One of the things which was discussed between the US and EU when they did the SWIFT ban on Russian banks, was how you can't tell what a transaction is being used for. They basically could only filter by bank. So their idea was ban every single bank except Gazprombank and Rosneftbank. But now, it turns out the US basically just cancelled their own SWIFT ban. This is typical US. They want to be able to continue buying everything they want from Russia, while not allowing Russia to buy anything they want. Oil, gas, coal, timber, fertilizer, food, you name it. So they are basically wanting to buy Russian goods for useless dollars. How nice of them.

Not just America, the EU as well. How long is this going to go on for?

Russia is receiving record revenues, but it's not like it will be able to spend any of the money without restrictions. What's Russia's plan?
