So they are saying anyone could bribe corrupt Ukrainian for US weapons? China should see if they can get a switchblade drone for comparison reasons.

This isn't about soft power, but control of dominant messaging platforms .The US owns them and can do whatever they want to advance their interests.The same way the CCP can order Bilibili or Weibo to terminate Tom Cotton's accounts if they exist.
The challenge is for China to internationalize its platforms à la Tiktok.
