This coming 2024 election, if both are still alive, I wouldn't bet anything on Biden having the upper hand on trump. This midterm election, Democrats are pretty much done IMO.

Japan sponsored India's first high speed railway is already 5 years behind schedule. $42 billion new investment is just a drop in the bucket.
