Why not ask the French?
China needs to adjust its military budget accordingly.
The French only build leaky or faulty reactors which also take a very long time to construct. Better to go with China, its domestic reactor is quality

Its not happening. Chinese military spending share per GDP has remained stable all these years.

It should be. Usual caveat though that you can't easily compare military spending, because each country adds or removes some military-related spending from its official military spending budget to other department budgets
