This looks like the plot in some of these Korean TV series.
They pay with supplying China with coal and other resources

They better be careful because when the USA collapses, goes crazy and then requires Russia and China and the rest of there Allie’s to come in to restore what order they could and get rid of whatever weapons they can use to harm other nations, it will end up being, how dare China do this to us and then in the end, this will end up being true unlike the previous times but by that point, everyone would be well and truly sick of their bullshit and really just laugh at how pathetic they are now becoming and scarily enough at such a rapid pace. I mean look at the amount of tent cities along with all those people that look like freaken water melons and their leaders are now so old and incapable that almost everything coming from them is a literal disaster away from complete break down and simply put, an irreversible downfall of a super power that has had it too good for far too long
